Hardscape Laborer

H&R Hardscapes is a family-owned and operated company looking for a hardworking and reliable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, and other custom hardscape installations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape projects
• Prepare job sites, including excavation, grading, and base preparation
• Carry and place pavers, block, stone, and other materials
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• Hardworking, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor labor
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping preferred but not required (training available)
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
