Hardscape Laborer

Laborer Needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, stonework, retaining walls, with precision and care
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely.
• Collaborate with team members to manage materials, equipment, and project timelines efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and safely storing tools and materials after each shift
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents on the construction site

Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in hardscaping is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic blueprint reading is highly desirable
• Knowledge of construction techniques such as concrete forming, masonry, or carpentry will set you apart
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• In the winter, snow removal work is a requirement.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
