Your role will be to install high-end residential and commercial hardscape projects. Ideal candidates will possess proven experience with various hardscape surfaces, including paver, flagstone patios. While we value a broad skill set, we are dedicated to developing our team and will provide instruction and tools for specialized tasks that are new to you. We additionally hope for experience with retaining walls, steps, water features, detailed grading, and drainage systems. The ability to read design plans and blueprints is ideal.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hardscape/Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor construction projects focused on hardscaping and landscaping elements. In this role, you will coordinate crews, manage project timelines, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety protocols on-site. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of projects that transform outdoor spaces into functional, beautiful environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills while working on diverse landscape and hardscape installations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct the daily activities of crews specializing in hardscape and landscape projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project specifications and execute work accordingly.
  • Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules
  • Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
  • Manage on-site safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure materials are delivered on time and specifications are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in hardscape or landscape construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction techniques.
  • Knowledge of contracts management, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality .
  • Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a focus on landscaping or hardscaping elements.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining safety standards.
  • Technical knowledge related to the installation of paver patios and block retaining walls in East Tennessee
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and construction equipment
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Honest, Dependable, Hard Worker
  • Previous hardscaping and landscaping crew lead experience required

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
