Job Title: Embedded Hardware Design Engineer

Department: R&D – Hardware Engineering

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Design & PCB CAD Engineer with 5–8 years of experience who can independently handle complete hardware development, from schematic design to PCB layout, bring-up, validation, and production support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning the full hardware lifecycle, including component selection, multi-layer PCB design, EMI/EMC considerations, and manufacturing documentation.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and PCB layout.
• Strong proficiency in schematic & PCB tools:
• Altium Designer
• Cadence Allegro / OrCAD
• KiCad

Proven experience in:

• Multi-layer PCB design (4–8 layers)
• High-speed and mixed-signal designs
• EMI/EMC-aware layouts
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Memory & Storage: DDR RAM, eMMC, Flash
• Connectivity: Ethernet, USB, CAN, RS232, RS485, SPI, I²C
• Interfaces: Display (MIPI/LVDS), Camera (MIPI CSI/parallel)
• Modules: GPS/GNSS, GSM/3G/4G/LTE, BLE, Wi-Fi
• Experience in power supply design (DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery charging circuits).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using lab instruments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Design & Development
• Design and develop schematics for embedded systems, IoT, and communication-based products.
• Select electronic components considering cost, availability, reliability, and compliance.
• Design analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop power architectures including DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery charging and protection circuits.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using lab instruments (DSO, logic analyzer, power analyzer, etc.).
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement design improvements.

Collaboration & Production Support:

• Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, SCM , and production teams.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
• Maintain proper design documentation and revision control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
