Responsibilities:

Electrical Electronics Engineers Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors, and navigation systems
• Ensure that installations and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps
• Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
• Inspect completed installations to ensure conformity to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
• Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects
• Investigate customer or public complaints, determine the nature and extent of the problem, and recommend remedial measures
• Monitor performance of and analyze costs for electrical systems projects, ensuring budget adherence and timeline efficiency
• Develop and manage schedules and priorities to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget
• Coordinate with other professionals including engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
• Draft and review project proposals and reports, summarizing findings and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure state-of-the-art design solutions
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and support staff

Electrical Electronics Engineers Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with programming and simulation tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or LabVIEW
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and sustainable design practices
• Proficiency in automated design software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Solid understanding of electrical theory, principles, and practices
• Experience in the design and development of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in using standard office software and specialized engineering software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Understanding of project management principles and practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
