Hardware Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hardware Engineer for our Lahore Office to join our team!

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be:

• Responsible for testing new and used trackers of different models by means of computer software, configuration tools, gps monitor.
• Diagnose faulty trackers as per company standards by means of visual inspection/ multimeter tester.
• Trouble shooting of faulty trackers by means of circuit diagram/soldering station/rework station/screwdrivers/nose plier/cutter plier/tweezers/regulated power supplies etc.
• Visit client for firmware upgrade by means of laptop and usb drives as and when required.
• Managing of warranty & non warranty stock and manage costing process.
• Update repair stock sheet regularly.
• Manage data of repair units & IMEI and delivery records of new units.
• Visit market for procurement of electronic equipment and accessories.
• Preparing & managing test bench.
• Manage inventory of repair unit such as components, parts, equipment’s, tools & etc.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware engineering.
• Familiarity with a wide range of hardware devices. (Trackers)
• Strong multitasking, analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tracker industry background will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
