Your Role

As an Engineering Program Manager , you will lead and manage complex development programs across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs, ensuring alignment with Cisco’s quality and process standards. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Support teams to define and execute program plans.
• Prepare detailed schedules and budgets, and manage them proactively.
• Conduct regular program reviews and present accurate status updates to senior management.
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Manage budgets accurately and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Operate independently and drive programs with minimal supervision.

Your Profile

• 12–15 years of experience in engineering program management.
• Educational background in BE / MTech / PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Science .
• Strong experience in managing product development programs (Service provider field experience not applicable).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes.
• Comfortable working onsite (no remote option).
• Candidates with up to 1 month notice period are acceptable.
