Harlem Zen Technician Opportunities (Full Time + Guest Technician Program)

Harlem Zen is hiring licensed estheticians and experienced laser technicians to join our team.

Locations: Atlanta (Edegewood) | Harlem (NY)

We are currently offering two paths:

• Full Time and Part Time Opportunities with consistent scheduling including evenings and weekends
• Guest Technician Program with flexible, on-call opportunities

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician License (Required)
• Laser experience preferred (training is available for select candidates)

Guest Technician Program (Pro Bench)

We are building a select roster of professionals who can step in to support client care when needed.

This opportunity is ideal for technicians who:

• Have an existing role but want additional income
• Prefer flexibility without a fixed schedule
• Are confident in their skills and professionalism

Guest Technicians:

• Do not have a set schedule
• Are contacted based on business needs
• Are prioritized based on responsiveness and performance
• May transition into part time or full time roles over time

Compensation

Guest Technician (Pro Bench):

• $30 per hour for pre-booked shifts
• $40 per hour for same-day coverage

Full Time and Part Time:

• Competitive hourly rates based on experience
