We’re looking for newly licensed and experienced Estheticians who are ready to step out from the treatment room, own their growth, and build a loyal following.

Schedule Expectations
- 6–8 hour shifts
- At least 1 weekend shift required
- Day and evening shifts available
What You’ll Do
- Customize facial services based on each guest’s needs
- Perform advanced enhancements (Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, LED, Peels, Aromatherapy)
- Actively engage guests in the lobby to build rapport and trust
- Educate guests on long-term skincare and treatment plans
- Recommend and sell retail products with confidence
- Drive rebooking and retention through genuine relationship-building
What You Bring
- Active state esthetics license
- Liability insurance
- Ability to perform 50-minute & 90-minute hands-on facial services
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team-first mindset
- Confidence in promoting yourself and your services
