Responsibilities
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Monitor regulatory updates impacting HR practices.

Support closure of audit observations (Internal Audit, Compliance, External Audit).
-
Conduct periodic compliance reviews on HR processes.
-
Maintain evidence repository for regulatory inspections.
Continuous Improvement
-
Liaise with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units for policy alignment.
-
Provide clarification and interpretation of HR policies.
-
Support HR teams in implementing updated procedures.
Reporting
-
Maintain centralized policy register.
-
Track review cycles and revision history.
-
Prepare governance reports for management / CHCO.

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Related Assignments

Qualifications
-
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional Qualification: Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CIPD, GRC, SHRM).

Minimum Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HR governance, compliance, or policy management.
-
Experience in banking/financial sector is preferred.
-
Familiarity with SAMA regulatory framework is an advantage.

Language: English.
