Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust e commerce solutions using HCL Commerce and IBM Websphere
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design implement and optimize Java based applications
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Stay updated with industry trends to continually improve development practices

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications BTech BE MCA or MBA degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCL Commerce development
• Proficiency in Java with at least 4 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Knowledge of related Java technologies like Springboot Hibernate and Microservices
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in e commerce development
• Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
• Good to have skills Flask Pandas Data Analysis Agile Methodologies Cloud Services
