Analyze and report on HR and operational data from systems like Paylocity (HRIS) and eClinicalWorks (EHR).

Maximize HRIS functionality and ensure data accuracy and ROI.

Lead data integration across platforms, vendors, and technologies.

Create dashboards and visualizations that inform decision-making.

Set and track performance benchmarks for human capital metrics.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and usability.

Manage HR system upgrades and project implementations.

Support audits and troubleshoot HR systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Data Science, or related field.

Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with HRIS, LMS, ATS, EMR; Paylocity preferred.
