Should have at least 2-3 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.</li><li>
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.</li><li>
Should be able to write Fast formulas</li><li>
Should have good communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation</li><li>
Cloud Certification if preferred</li><li>
Senior profiles with more than 8+ years experience should have 4-5 cloud</li></ul>
projects implementation.
Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules:<ul><li>
Talent Management (OR)</li><li>
Global HR and Absence , (OR) Payroll (OR) Compensation &amp; Benefits</li></ul></div>
