I. Job Summary
This experienced position is responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the Human Resources (HR) Organization. As part of the HR Technology team, this role provides moderately complex analytical and consultative support delivering HR processes.
II. Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Skills Required

Fast Formula Development
-
Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas for Talent Management processes like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Career Development, and Learning Management.

Designing and configuring complex Fast Formulas for Performance eligibility, ratings, candidate selection process etc.
-
OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Reporting
-
Expertise in building OTBI reports specifically for Talent Analytics (e.g., Recruitment, Performance, Training, Succession Planning, Talent Review).
-
Ability to analyze and report on employee performance, training completion, recruitment metrics, and other talent-related KPIs.
-
Building dashboards to provide HR and business leaders with actionable insights into workforce planning and development.

BIP (BI Publisher) Reports
-
Experience creating detailed BIP reports and notifications for Recruitment, Performance, Learning, Talent Review and Succession Planning.

Ability to write SQL queries to extract data relevant to talent analytics, such as training completion rates, employee performance, and recruitment metrics.

Proficiency in performance tuning of SQL based reports.

Experience creating loopback integrations leveraging Payroll flows and BIP reports.

HCM Extracts
-
Ability to configure HCM Extracts to extract data specific to talent management areas.

Expertise in setting up complex extraction rules and workflows to transfer data from Fusion HCM to downstream systems and other applications.

HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheets
-
Proficiency in bulk data uploads and migration for Talent profiles, job requisitions, candidate profiles, performance feedback, learning history etc. into Oracle Fusion.

Ability to map and validate data conversion for critical employee data, ensuring accurate transfer from third-party applications.

Experience with Spreadsheets for loading recruitment data, performance ratings, employee learning records.

Integrations:

Hands-on experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems (e.g., recruitment platforms, learning management systems (LMS), performance management tools) leveraging Oracle API’s and BIP reports.

Hands-on experience in creating, configuring, and invoking SOAP-based web service jobs within Oracle Fusion HCM for data integration, automation, and interaction with external systems

Ability to orchestrate workflows for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Learning & Development using OIC and implement real-time or batch integrations.

III. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or engage with other tech team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendors regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating and following up as required.
Functional troubleshooting in Oracle Fusion Payroll module to identify setup or data issues and resolve the issues using the analytical skills in minimum turnaround time.
Reviews release notes on vendor-published sites to keep current and recommend solutions to resolve issues.
Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application.
Analyzes the impact of configuration from foundational structures to Fast Formulas and extensions to HR service delivery and downstream systems and integrations.
Leads meetings to resolve priority issues of moderate complexity.
Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers.
Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules in existing applications.
Executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing. May support functional team with required screenshots and system steps for testing and change management.
May be responsible for configuring and delivering moderate to complex reports and queries utilizing delivered software. Follows established data governance.
Documents all configurations and supports the creation of change migration documentation.
Assist (after initial Tier 0/1 attempt) in resolving User “How To” questions and help to create relevant job aids/learning/communications

A. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
8 years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement)
