HCM & OD Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Support HRD in all HR Functions which may include but not limited to:
  • Assist in Attendance and Leave management
  • HR Documentation
  • Job postings, screenings, and onboarding.
  • Addressing employee concerns/grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Supporting HRD in implementation of initiatives related to positive workplace culture.
  • Assisting HRD in employee engagement activities including team-building/occasional events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Keeping strict follow-up with staff especially with leads regarding HR related matters.
  • Making staff familiar with policy compliance.
  • Assisting HRD in creating HR Reports/metrices.
  • Any tasks assigned by HOD.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably in Human Resources)
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Disciplined and committed.
  • Willing to learn and work as a team.
  • Flexible to adjust in diverse culture.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Presentable personality with professional appearance and etiquettes.
