HR/Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding of new hires, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Monitor staff attendance and leaves, and support in payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor laws.
  • Respond to employee queries and assist in organizing engagement activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR reports, letters, and documentation on time.
  • Provide updated employee data and information required for payroll.
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient workplace culture.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintain inventory levels.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
