Job Title: HR Specialist – Performance Management System (PMS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist with dedicated expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving employee performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the organization’s Performance Management System (PMS)
• Develop KPIs, OKRs, and performance appraisal frameworks across departments
• Lead annual, quarterly, and probation performance review cycles
• Train managers and employees on PMS tools, processes, and best practices
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in performance evaluations
• Collaborate with leadership to align performance metrics with business objectives
• Drive performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required
• Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance related to PMS

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred
• Strong, hands-on experience in PMS (mandatory)
• Expertise in KPI setting, performance appraisals, and talent evaluation frameworks
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in HR software/tools related to performance management

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must have specialized experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS)
• Certification in PMS or related HR domains will be highly preferred
• General HR experience without PMS focus will not be considered

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
