Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage and support our daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions
  • Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
