Experience: 05 – 07 Years Experience in a reputed Textile company.

Qualification/Degree: Bachelor’s degree in HR, or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee registration, updating, and deletion in EOBI, PESSI & Medical Insurance systems.
  • Make sure the timely payments of EOBI, PESSI, Medical or Life Insurance.
  • Responsible for timely processing of employees claims and their payments.
  • Dealing & liaising with concerned Government Departments or Government Officials for follow-ups & Queries.
  • Handling the cases of Marriage Grant, Death Grant, Talent Scholarship & Education Assistance etc.
  • Maintain all the accurate record and reconcile with the online system.
  • Responsible to issue letters used for different purpose like experience letter, service letter, talent scholarship letter, death grant letter, marriage grant letter etc. etc.

Required Skills:

  • Well Knowledge about computer (ERP).
  • Good Communication Skills.
