Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Job Summary:

The HR manager will oversee all human resource functions across the group, ensuring effective people management, compliance with Pakistani labor laws, and alignment of HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Oversee payroll coordination, EOBI, Social Security, and tax matters
  • Implement performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals)
  • Develop HR policies and SOPs and maintain employee records
  • Identify training needs and support employee development
  • Prepare HR reports and support management decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR practices
  • Experience with EOBI, Social Security, and payroll processes
  • Good communication skills in Urdu & English
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
