HDD Project Manager

Job Summary:
Falcon Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to lead and oversee HDD projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage HDD projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and field staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services related to HDD operations.
• Resolve project-related issues, delays, and conflicts proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in HDD project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HDD project management or related utility/engineering projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HDD or underground utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of HDD technology, construction techniques, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
