HEAD ACCOUNTANT

Role Description

The Head Accountant is a full-time on-site role located in As Suwaiq. The responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting and analysis, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and handling payroll processing. The role will involve collaboration with managerial teams to support operational and strategic financial decision-making. Additionally, the Head Accountant will lead the finance team and implement best practices to maintain financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with team supervision and collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Relevant experience in retail or FMCG accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
