Meenakshi Sundararajan Group of Institutions:

Prof K. R Sundararajan, a well-known educationalist established the I.I.E.T society in 1947. The total area of 14 acres purchased with enormous hardship was donated to the IIET Society to further the cause of education. The society’s main objective is to give quality education and has ensured this uninterrupted since 1951. The society currently has the following institutions :-

1. Meenakshi College For Women established in 1975 & affiliated to University of Madras offering Arts & Science programs with about 3000 plus students.

2. Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College established in 2001 & affiliated to Anna University offering engineering programs with about 2000 plus students.

3. Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management established in 2000 & affiliated to University of Madras offering MBA programs with about 120 plus students.

4. The NEST School established in 2022 offering IB (International Baccalaureate) & CAIE (Cambridge) boards.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Admissions & Marketing Lead to scale our impact and shape how the world experiences our brand.

Job Description:

Admissions & Growth Strategy

  • Design and execute data-driven strategies to meet and exceed enrolment goals.
  • Build and optimise a full-funnel admissions system — from lead generation to conversion tracking.
  • Leverage CRM analytics to forecast trends, identify bottlenecks, and refine every step of the admissions journey.
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience for every prospective family.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, and community platforms with measurable ROI.
  • Use data insights, market trends, and audience analytics to sharpen positioning and messaging.
  • Manage performance-based advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on growth metrics and conversion outcomes.
  • Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence across all communication touchpoints.

Events & Community Outreach

  • Conceptualise and lead high-impact events that bring The NEST’s philosophy to life.
  • Forge partnerships with community organisations, feeder schools, and education networks to grow awareness and reach.
  • Use event analytics and feedback data to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.

Digital & Social Media Leadership

  • Drive the school’s digital ecosystem with strategy and precision.
  • Curate data-backed content that celebrates our students, programs, and community stories.
  • Plan, run, and optimise social media campaigns for growth, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Analyse performance dashboards to inform ongoing creative and media decisions.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across admissions, marketing, and communications.
  • Set clear KPIs, establish transparent review cycles, and use performance data to drive accountability.
  • Cultivate a culture of creativity, ownership, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors to scale strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in admissions, brand, or marketing leadership.
  • A strategist with an analytical mind — fluent in both creative storytelling and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in CRM management, funnel analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives on results, innovation, and purpose-driven growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
