Head Architecture

POSITION: HEAD ARCHITECTURE

Department: Architecture and Planning
Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore
Reporting To: Managing Director of Urban developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural team in concept development, schematic design, and detailed design.
• Review and approve all architectural drawings, plans, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Guide project teams through all phases—from conceptualization to execution.
• Provide technical mentorship and professional development for team members.
• Manage departmental budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor design quality and implement continuous improvements.
• Oversee architectural software standards and digital tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Represent the department in high-level meetings and decision-making processes.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Registered Architect preferred.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of construction processes and sustainable design practices.
