Head Baker

Position: Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Baker to lead our kitchen operations, maintain high-quality standards, and oversee the production of croissants and savory pastries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and production schedules
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods
  • Lead, train, and supervise the baking team
  • Develop and refine recipes, especially croissants and savory pastries
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and inventory standards
  • Monitor ingredient usage and control costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker
  • Strong expertise in croissants, laminated dough, and savory pastries
  • Knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and production planning
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for baking and quality craftsmanship
