Job Opportunity: Barista with Technical Expertise (UAE Office)

JAS Group is expanding its operations in the UAE and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who also has technical knowledge of coffee machines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to delivering high-quality service and products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.

Troubleshoot and carry out basic technical maintenance/repairs on coffee machines.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained in the café.

Support the team with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and customer service.

Technical experience in handling, maintaining, and troubleshooting coffee machines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
