Night Clubs Manager / Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nightclub Manager/Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our nightly operations. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to manage and motivate a team. You will be responsible for ensuring the club runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with all regulations, while consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate all nightly club operations, including floor management, staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of bartenders, servers, security staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive and professional work environment.
• Guest Experience: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming and safe atmosphere.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, manage cash flow, and assist in budget management to achieve revenue goals.
• Compliance: Uphold all health, safety, and legal regulations, including alcohol service laws and fire safety codes.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and private parties.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
• Security & Safety: Work closely with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a management or supervisory role within the nightlife or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of nightclub operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of local and state alcohol service laws certification preferred.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
