Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the barista team to deliver exceptional coffee quality and service.
- Maintain consistency across all beverages and recipes.
- Oversee daily bar operations, stock, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support menu development and seasonal beverage innovation.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Barista / Head Barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and specialty coffee trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Interview Process: If shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring/ operations managers and may need to attend one more round, which could include a trial at our kitchen or dine-in location.
- Offer Discussion: Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
