Head Barista

Are you a coffee expert with a passion for leadership? We are looking for a skilled Head Barista to lead our coffee program and inspire our team to deliver the perfect cup every time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Mentor: Supervise, train, and motivate our barista team to maintain consistent quality.

- Quality Control: Ensure every beverage meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.

- Menu Innovation: Develop and enhance the beverage menu with unique or seasonal specialty drinks.

- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage supplier orders, and ensure equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained.

- Customer Excellence: Resolve customer feedback promptly and ensure a 5-star guest experience.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in specialty coffee, with prior leadership or supervisory roles.

- Artistry: Mastery of espresso-based drinks, brewing methods, and advanced latte art.

- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation.

- Dedication: A deep understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency.
