Head Barista

we are looking for an experienced Head Barista to join our team and oversee daily café operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for preparing high-quality coffee but also for supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, coordinating with suppliers, and training team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages to high standards.
• Supervise baristas and café staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality control across the café.
• Train new staff on coffee preparation, customer service, and workflow.
• Coordinate with water and coffee suppliers and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure all equipment and bar operations run efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and service quality.
• Assist management in improving operational procedures and team performancr

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a barista (Head Barista experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso machines, and grinders.
• Experience in staff supervision and training.
• Ability to manage inventory and suppliers.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
