Head Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure consistent quality across all locations
• Train, coach, and develop barista teams
• Maintain high standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and service
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal beverage ideas
• Plan and manage external events, including setup, equipment, staffing, and execution
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and overall team coordination
• Follow up on employee performance, discipline, and daily operational needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Barista
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and equipment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
