Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure consistent quality across all locations
- Train, coach, and develop barista teams
- Maintain high standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and service
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal beverage ideas
- Plan and manage external events, including setup, equipment, staffing, and execution
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and overall team coordination
- Follow up on employee performance, discipline, and daily operational needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Barista
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and equipment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
