Head Barista
Guest Experience
Act as a brand ambassador, connecting with guests and sharing solid coffee knowledge.
Support guests with recommendations on coffee and preparation styles.
Handle feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Work with the F&B team to improve the overall guest experience.
Operations
Manage daily coffee operations with a focus on quality and consistency.
Develop and maintain seasonal and signature coffee offerings.
Ensure equipment is calibrated, clean, and functioning properly.
Keep recipes and service standards consistent across all shifts.
Follow all health and safety requirements.
Team Leadership
Train and support the barista team to maintain high standards.
Run regular training sessions on coffee, service, and upselling.
Schedule staff based on business needs.
Provide feedback and support team development.
Collaboration
Work with Culinary and Pastry teams on pairings and menu ideas.
Stay updated on trends and bring in new ideas where relevant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From KD270.000 per month
