Head Barista

Head Barista – Doha, Qatar

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head Barista to join our growing café team in Doha.

This is a permanent full-time position for someone passionate about coffee quality, team leadership, operations, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Barista or Head Barista
• Currently based in Qatar preferred
• Must be ready to join immediately or within 1 month notice period
• Transferable visa is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of:
• Espresso extraction
• Milk texturing & latte art
• Manual brewing methods
• Coffee calibration & dialing in
• Beverage costing and recipe consistency
• Leadership and communication skills required
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

Main Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and maintain beverage quality standards
• Train, supervise, and monitor baristas and service staff
• Conduct coffee calibration and recipe standardization
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, wastage control, and monthly counts
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Monitor staff performance and improve workflow efficiency
• Support management in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Develop seasonal drinks and improve menu performance
• Handle customer feedback professionally
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and operational reporting

Qualification

• Do you have experience as a Senior Barista or Head Barista?
• Do you know how to train new baristas?
• Do you know how to manage inventory and supplier?
• Can you handle rush-hour operation?
• Are you currently in Qatar?
• Do you have a transferable visa?

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,300.00 per month
