Head Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong mixology knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of bar operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Bartender, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or head bartender role
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high service quality
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Design, update, and maintain innovative cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings
• Train, supervise, and motivate bartenders and support staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Conduct monthly inventory management – including stock control, ordering, and cost tracking
• Monitor bar expenses and contribute to achieving cost efficiency
• Maintain bar equipment and ensure cleanliness at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism
• Prepare bar reports and assist in cash handling and billing as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
