Swing Shift Head Cashier: 2 shifts:7am-4pm, 1 shift: 11am-4pm, 2 shifts: 3pm-8pm

Night Head Cashier: 5 shifts 3pm-8pm

Days scheduled will Vary. Weekends and holidays a MUST

Position Overview

Livoti’s Old World Market is seeking a strong, team-oriented Head Cashier to partner directly with the Front End Manager in leading our front end operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership support position—working side by side with management to drive performance, elevate customer service, and maintain our signature high-energy, “over-the-top” culture.

Key Responsibilities

Front End Leadership & Team Support

• Work closely with the Front End Manager to oversee daily front end operations
• Act as a leader on the floor, ensuring alignment with management expectations and company standards
• Support and motivate cashiers to perform at a high level while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
• Step in as acting leader when the Front End Manager is unavailable

Customer Experience Excellence

• Deliver and reinforce exceptional customer service at every interaction
• Assist in handling customer concerns and escalations professionally and promptly
• Ensure a smooth, fast, and friendly checkout experience

Culture & Brand Leadership

• Help drive Livoti’s “over-the-top” culture by leading with positivity, urgency, and professionalism
• Set the tone for the front end by modeling strong work ethic and team-first mentality
• Reinforce company standards in presentation, communication, and service

Operations & Execution

• Assist in managing front end flow including register coverage, breaks, and line control
• Support cash handling procedures, register accuracy, and daily balancing
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the front end
• Communicate effectively with the Front End Manager regarding team performance and operational needs

Qualifications

• Previous cashier experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with management as part of a leadership team
• Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
