JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- - Welcome customers by greeting and assisting them.
- - Provide customers with drink menus and answer questions about ingredients.
- - Take orders with attention to detail.
- - Properly use equipment such as machines, chillers, coffee machines, ovens, dishwashers, laptops, and POS systems.
- - Guide customers and answer their queries.
- - Handle all cash transactions.
- - Receive payments by cash, credit card, etc.
- - Keep the store tidy and clean.
- - Comply with health and safety regulations.
- - Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
- - Minimize time and improve quality when taking customer orders.
- Requirements
- - Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- - Friendly and engaging personality.
- - Excellent communication skills.
- - Familiarity with POS systems.
- - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- - Ability to make customer-oriented and cost-effective decisions and take responsibility.
- - Language requirements: English, Hindi, Malayalam.
