JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • - Welcome customers by greeting and assisting them.
  • - Provide customers with drink menus and answer questions about ingredients.
  • - Take orders with attention to detail.
  • - Properly use equipment such as machines, chillers, coffee machines, ovens, dishwashers, laptops, and POS systems.
  • - Guide customers and answer their queries.
  • - Handle all cash transactions.
  • - Receive payments by cash, credit card, etc.
  • - Keep the store tidy and clean.
  • - Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • - Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
  • - Minimize time and improve quality when taking customer orders.
  • Requirements
  • - Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • - Friendly and engaging personality.
  • - Excellent communication skills.
  • - Familiarity with POS systems.
  • - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • - Ability to make customer-oriented and cost-effective decisions and take responsibility.
  • - Language requirements: English, Hindi, Malayalam.
