Position Description & Details


Job Duties (include, but not limited to):

  • Receive and post cash transactions and perform related cashier functions to include:
    • Verify & receipt daily deposits from departments across campus
    • Prepare bank deposits
    • Keep track of Canadian Exchange and NSF funds
  • Answer inquiries regarding student accounts
  • Review and answer student questions regarding 1098Ts, print new 1098Ts, assist in distributing yearly 1098Ts
  • Audit and mail accounts payable checks daily
  • Scan daily accounts payable vouchers
  • Provide information, assistance and direction to campus students and visitors
  • Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
