The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and regional dishes, with a passion for innovation and presentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a multicultural team
• Creativity in developing new dishes and improving existing ones.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic- English language .
