Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating and planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, managing kitchen inventory and supplies, and maintaining sanitation standards. Additionally, the Head Chef will be expected to develop new recipes, train junior chefs, and manage food costs and budgets.

Qualifications

Experience in overseeing kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff

Skills in creating and planning menus, and developing new recipes

Knowledge of food quality, safety standards, and sanitation practices

Experience with managing kitchen inventory and supplies

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage food costs and budgets

Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
