About Us:
We are launching a high-end dining experience in New Cairo, offering a premium atmosphere, elevated service, and a creative menu designed to impress. We are building a team of passionate hospitality professionals who want to grow with us from day one.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Head Chef with strong leadership and creativity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, cost control, hygiene standards, and leading the entire BOH team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a refined, consistent, innovative menu
  • Manage daily kitchen operations at the highest standards
  • Oversee food costing, suppliers, portion control, and stock levels
  • Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen brigade
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance at all times
  • Work closely with the owner/GM on menu updates and events
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and plating consistency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in fine dining
  • Strong understanding of international cuisine (steak, grill, fusion, Mediterranean, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills
  • Creative, organised, and able to work under pressure
  • Experience with kitchen setup, workflow, and equipment planning is a plus
