Job Description:Job Title: F&B Manager (Chef) – F &B Industry - Mumbai

We are looking for a highly skilled F&B Manager with expertise in preparing innovative menus, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and overseeing seamless F&B operations. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and operational efficiency to elevate our food and beverage offerings while ensuring top-notch service standards

Job Responsibility

• Develop innovative menus aligned with current food and beverage trends.
• Create and implement detailed SOPs for all F&B operations.
• Train staff to maintain consistency in service and product quality.
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Analyze customer feedback to refine menus and processes.Key Skills:Mandatory:
• Experience working as a Chef in Bakery & Food Products only
• Proven experience in menu design, SOP creation, and F&B management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost control practices.
• Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Location: Sewri, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Qualification: Graduate

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
