Head Chef (Turkish Cuisine)

Responsibilities:

· Lead kitchen operations and menu execution

· Prepare authentic Turkish dishes with consistency

· Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen expenses

· Train and supervise kitchen staff

· Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

· Develop seasonal and promotional menus

Requirements:

· Proven experience as Head Chef in Turkish cuisine

· Strong leadership and menu development skills

· Experience in restaurant and lounge concepts

· Knowledge of costing and inventory control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • F&B Manager: 4 years (Required)
