Responsibilities:
Prepare and Execute authentic continental menu items.
Manage daily kitchen opeartions and inventory.
Develop new menu items and specials.
Lead small team of Kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.
Handle Customer dealing/complaints efficiently.
Maintain Customer Feedback.
Evaluate staff efficiency, work and infrom the higher Management.
Responsible for overseeing the cafe's ambiance and cleanliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
