Head Chef

Head Chef – Full Kitchen Management

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead and manage our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must be passionate about food, creative in menu development, and capable of handling complete kitchen management independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full kitchen operations and daily food preparation
  • Create and develop menus with cost control in mind
  • Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and food compliance standards
  • Control food costs, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency
  • Handle supplier coordination and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Creative mindset with strong culinary skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
