Role Overview:

NGA is seeking a hands-on Head Chef specializing in authentic Italian cuisine. You will lead the kitchen team, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

* Culinary: Execute authentic Italian menus (Pasta, Pizza, and Regional specialties).

* Operations: Oversee food preparation, stock ordering, and kitchen hygiene (HACCP).

* Leadership: Train kitchen staff and manage duty rotas to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in an Italian restaurant.

* Strong expertise in traditional Italian cooking and portion control.

* Leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
