Role Overview:

Performance-driven Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, elevate food quality, and build a structured, scalable system.

Responsibilities

Lead all kitchen operations

Redesign and optimize menu (quality, consistency, profitability)

Build and enforce back-of-house systems

Manage procurement and suppliers

Train and lead kitchen team

Improve customer experience through food quality

Performance Metrics

Food Cost

Waste Control

Review Scores

Ticket Time

Technical Skills:

Hot kitchen (grill, fry, sauté)

Sauces, marinades, flavor control

Prep systems (mise en place)

Portion control

BBQ/charcoal experience (preferred)

Basic pastry/dessert oversight

Catering / high-volume production

SOP creation and implementation

Requirements:

10+ years experience

3–5 years in Dubai (mandatory)

Experience in major hotel chains or recognized restaurants

Strong leadership and operational control

Candidate Criteria

Results-driven, disciplined

Experience in international kitchens preferred

Nationality Asian preferred (not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
