Head Chef / Brand Chef (Food-Tech & Fast-Fine Concept)

About Us:

Bespoke Food Concepts is a new, well-funded culinary group launching its flagship project in Dubai this upcoming season. We love fast-casual convenience, but we refuse to compromise on premium ingredient quality and the art of cooking.

We are building a concept that sits right at the intersection of modern street culture and high-end gastronomy. We are now looking for a Head Chef / Brand Chef to join our founding team. This is a creative, hands-on role where you will work directly with the creators to shape the brand’s culinary identity from day one.

What We Are Looking For:

• Curiosity & Craft Over Titles: You have 3+ years of experience in professional kitchens. More than your exact job title, we care about your genuine curiosity, clean work habits, and your relationship with ingredients.
• Cultural Intuition: You love and understand diverse food cultures. You are someone who instinctively knows what makes a traditional Khaleeji dish feel right to a local guest, what makes a Southeast Asian profile honest, or what gives Nordic cuisine its elegant restraint. Our menu lives in this multicultural space.
• Open Mindset: You think about how food behaves in the real world. You understand that a great dish needs to stay perfect—whether it is served fresh on a plate or enjoyed 15 minutes later via delivery. You don't need to be a tech expert; you just need to care about the journey your food takes to the guest.
• Passion for Growth: You want to build something from scratch. You are ready to collaborate closely with our Culinary Directors, share knowledge, push new ideas, and treat this project as your own professional platform.

Core Responsibilities:

• Menu Co-Authorship: Work hands-on to refine and perfect our initial 8 flagship menu positions, introducing exciting flavor balances and signature twists.
• Kitchen Launch & SOPs: Help set up our launch kitchen operations, define clean kitchen routines, and build clear, simple guidelines for the line cooks to ensure consistency.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and train the kitchen team, maintaining an energetic, respectful, and high-standard work environment.
• Regional Scaling: Help the brand grow as we expand our premium casual concept across Dubai and later into the wider GCC region.
