Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage and oversee our Central Kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining consistency across all outlets, and leading the kitchen team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets
- Plan and supervise food production schedules based on outlet demand
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor inventory, food cost, and wastage control
- Coordinate with procurement team for purchasing and stock management
- Develop and standardize recipes and portion control
- Ensure timely dispatch of food items to all locations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Central Kitchen Chef
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Ability to manage bulk production and multi-outlet operations
- Good communication skills
- Locally available in Qatar with Valid QID & NOC
- Ready for immediate joining
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-outlet F&B operations
