Head Chef - Indian Cuisine

Role Overview:

The Head Chef will oversee the entire kitchen operations, from menu development to execution, ensuring the highest quality of food and presentation.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Indian cuisine, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations and supervise all culinary staff.
  • Design, plan, and innovate menus with authentic Indian dishes (North & South Indian expertise preferred).
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food items.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget control.
  • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in Indian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of regional Indian dishes, spices, and cooking techniques.
  • Experience in high-end restaurants or luxury dining is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Riyadh, with knowledge of local food regulations (preferred).
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification (added advantage).
  • Strong in food cost management and recipe development.
  • Both candidates Locally & Internationally is welcome.
  • Nationality Indian or Nepal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
