Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position: Head Chef
Gender: Any
Nationality: Any
Salary: SAR 18,000 (Total Package, All-Inclusive)
Contract: Yearly Renewable
Ticket: Annual Air Ticket Provided
Availability: Immediate
Interview: Must be available in Riyadh for interview & tasting (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations and culinary team
  • Develop and maintain authentic Mediterranean menu items
  • Ensure food quality, portion consistency, presentation & hygiene
  • Manage food cost, inventory and waste control
  • Train & supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP & food safety regulations
  • Coordinate with management for menu planning & seasonal offerings

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef
  • Strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, planning & kitchen management skills
  • Excellent communication and time-management
  • Preferably based in Riyadh for food tasting and interview

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
